How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Free for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or handling charges at checkout.
What is your order cut-off time?
Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time begin processing the same business day.
How long will it take to get my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Are returns free?
We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees ($0).
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@baggria.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a pre-paid label within 24 business hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Please contact us at support@baggria.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
